What do you like best about Lightico? it saves me around 15 mins per call, instead of reading terms to a client. What do you like best about Lightico? It is useful as it saves time on phone calls, and it gives customer more re-assurance as they are able to see what they are buying or agreeing too on the call, rather than waiting for a confirmation email. I really like that even when using a phone, the compatibility view is very user-friendly and easy to follow being able to send requests via SMS and email increase the likelihood of being able to reach customer in an effective manner, in case customer has issues with either text message notifications or has lost data connectivity on her phone or other devices.
