What do you like best about Lightico? I get an email immediately after a contract is signed and can check the status of signed documents easily on my dashboard. What do you dislike about Lightico? That the document doesn't pop-up directly from the SMS message link. Sometimes elderly individuals have difficulties figuring out how to open the document from the SMS link. What do you like best about Lightico? Speed and accuracy of the service, very easy to use. The customer journey is much better than what is was before Lightico. It saves us time on calls which gives us a better handle time and lets us speak to more customers which boosts productivity and efficiency.
