What do you like best about Lightico? Quick and easy to use, easy for customer to review package. What do you dislike about Lightico? Not easy for older people to interact with What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Easier to talk to customers and give them all the details without them missing anything

"Easy Client Collaboration"

What do you like best about Lightico? What I like most about the software is that it is simple to use. I can request identification documents from clients, share program highlights and get them to e-sign all the documents in real-time while on the phone. There is little need for follow up anymore and tracking down clients for signatures. What do you dislike about Lightico? It can be frustrating when sending documents out through email that they do not always arrive or they take longer than ...

What do you like best about Lightico? The functionality of Lightico is very user friendly. The layout is easy to look at and navigate. What do you dislike about Lightico? "Reviewing lightico software system"

What do you like best about Lightico? It helps customers to see the journey of their new broadband deal and see how we’ve calculated it from start to finish so the breakdown for them is really handy. It also saves us reading through ts and cs in a job where we already speak a lot which is amazing What do you dislike about Lightico? Sometimes a bit fiddly.
