Very quick and easy to use, makes interaction with customers more efficient and I really like the feature where you can show customer's different phones and their specifications. What do you like best about Lightico? lightico is such a simple and interactive way of showing customers devices and mandatory legal scrips. it also allows customers to read at their own speed. lightico is easy to log onto and it is very reliable it does not freeze or kick anyone off. it also saves all of the legal scrips online so we can access them at all time. "Fantastic program that is progressive and easy to use!"

What do you like best about Lightico? I love that it is easily accessible but also still very secure. It really makes signing docs for our existing customers very easily. I love that we can change a few things as well to make it better. It is a program that can continued to be worked on a manipulated to how it best fits out companies needs. I love the easy layout of being able to upload pictures as well. Really makes it easy for customers to get their pictures submitted to us. One of my ...

What do you like best about Lightico? I like the simplicity for being able to see everything in one area. What do you dislike about Lightico? I don't have any dislikes. So far this platform has been great. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm solving the problem of not having a direct place to connect with customers when we are needing documents from them

What do you like best about Lightico? The ability to email or text needed documents directly to the customer instead of having to go through the dealership which sometimes doubles or triples the time it takes to receive the documents back. Now the customer can complete the needed documents from their phone wherever they are and send them back directly to us. What do you dislike about Lightico? Nothing so far but it would be nice to get notifications when documents are sent back to us. We've ...
