"Quick and Efficent"

What do you like best about Lightico? i love that i can build all the documents i need with just a few clicks. from document building to sending the texts to customers for them to approve the documents and we can see what is going on so as to guide the customer and help if they have any issues. its a lifesaver during this lockdown as reading it all out can be one of the worst things in the world but to be able to get it all out in a singe message is great. "Great platform"

What do you like best about Lightico? Customers don’t have a lot of extra steps when signing documents What do you dislike about Lightico? Nothing! It’s pretty streamlined and easy to do. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to connect to customers digitally in an easy process.

"Excellent system"

What do you like best about Lightico? It makes interactions with customers so much easier and quicker What do you dislike about Lightico? sometimes having to manually add deals etc. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? overcoming customer objections by being able to share slides of phones, deals

"it saves you reading it and layout nice"

What do you like best about Lightico? how easy it is to use and the same as cust seeing it you can see when they are done and help them use it a it looks the same both ways What do you dislike about Lightico? that there are alot of errors and drops all the time so you cannot sue it What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? i have seen they make my call easy and quick as i dont need to ready anything out

"Fast turnaround"

What do you like best about Lightico? We received our documents through Lightico quickly and without any problems. Would highly recommend. What do you dislike about Lightico? Had to enable the cookies on my browser but no problems after that. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Was able to quickly sign documents without having to physically go somewhere to sign them.

"great, works well for my job when i can send documents and images over to customers"

What do you like best about Lightico? the chat function if i cant understand a customer over the phone they can type what they say, being able to send pictures of the phones that are available to help the customer decide which colour they prefer or what features there are What do you dislike about Lightico? that i cant send my own images through it such as screenshots. it also tends to freeze sometimes, What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? sending documents over ...

What do you like best about Lightico? being able to communicate with a customer and the fact that they are able to text replies What do you dislike about Lightico? having to scroll through all tariffs to find the right one, would be much easier and quicker if it had the ability to search for the right one by typing the relevant tariff name/details What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? being able to have customers accept terms and conditions rather than having to ...

"Lightico changed the game!"

What do you like best about Lightico? It really makes the customer feel as though were taking extra measures to keep their details secure during a call and also cuts down half of the time it takes to place an order. What do you dislike about Lightico? Sometimes the connection of the customer means they do not receive the link and when they do it does not allow them to open the secure link and connect to it What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Lightico? sending information quickly and efficiently What do you dislike about Lightico? I'm not a huge fan of the end part where you have to input the number again to say the sale was done, i think it would be a good idea to be able to autofill the number part with the customers number What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? sending terms and conditions are a breeze with lightico
