What do you like best about LexisNexis CounselLink? How easy it is to navigate and upload documents. What do you dislike about LexisNexis CounselLink? Sometimes for whatever reason CL will pull up all active.matters when I search to upload a document into one specific matter. It's confusing sometimes. What problems is LexisNexis CounselLink solving and how is that benefiting you? Case management and communication with insurance adjustors.

What do you like best about LexisNexis CounselLink? The cloud management aspect gives peace of mind that documents will be secure and allows for smooth management. What do you dislike about LexisNexis CounselLink? There is nothing I have discovered that I dislike about this service. The price could be lower, but hard to complain. What problems is LexisNexis CounselLink solving and how is that benefiting you? As above, it makes for an overall smoother management process.

What do you like best about LexisNexis CounselLink? You can track exact spends for each matter. Data/billing entries are very straightforward, making the process of uploading a bill easy, even if you have many. What do you dislike about LexisNexis CounselLink? Although it is easy to upload a bill, it is time consuming if you manually enter the data. I have not figured out how to upload bills using a LEDES file, even though I hear this makes things a bit easier. Recommendations to others ...

Making changes to bills can be difficult because inputting the corrections needed requires a lot of patience and time. "Super Helpful in Capturing Outside Legal Costs"

What do you like best about LexisNexis CounselLink? I absolutely loved being able to see what we were spending, where, and have our rules automatically applied to our outside legal services. What do you dislike about LexisNexis CounselLink? Like all software, it takes time to learn it. And tweaks often required coding that we had to pay for.
