What do you like best about LexisNexis CounselLink? ability to store docs in cloud. ability to move docs from email directly. What do you dislike about LexisNexis CounselLink? cost for service is high. The data pulled is sometimes not accurate. What do you like best about LexisNexis CounselLink? I like how easy it is to post invoices. It is also really great for getting our invoices submitted quickly, getting them reviewed and getting paid quickly. It is an easy billing platform to use. What do you dislike about LexisNexis CounselLink? I would like it better if we as a lawfirm were able to add our own matters. "Outdated and inefficient"

What do you like best about LexisNexis CounselLink? I really cannot find many upsides. At least from the POV of someone submitting invoices through Counsellink. What do you dislike about LexisNexis CounselLink? Extremely slow processing times. Specifically, the fact it takes 5-10 business days for them to process an invoice. What problems is LexisNexis CounselLink solving and how is that benefiting you? None. It's created a lot more work.

We find this website very useful and enjoy all the tools they have available to us. What do you like best about LexisNexis CounselLink? Perfect program to store case notes, handle client billing and overall ease of access with client files. What do you dislike about LexisNexis CounselLink? Site is often slow and takes lots of time between actions. What problems is LexisNexis CounselLink solving and how is that benefiting you? We transitioned from paper payments to strictly using Counsellink to propel our ACH deposits. Running reports on caseloads.
