Pretty fast and impressive and ideal for hiring the best people out there.

Easy to use, but robust ATS!

I love the clean user interface in Lever and how easy it is to learn how to use. I love all the the (seemingly) simple features that make a huge difference in the candidate experience (ie. easy scheduling, email templates, delayed email feature, offer letter integration, interview feedback reminders, etc). The support team is extremely helpful and responds quickly. The launchpad site with hundreds of posts on how to use the features is invaluable.

Gets the Job done

What do you like best? It works well with time zones! Which makes scheduling candidates and interviewers on different time zones easier. What do you dislike? It's not as intuitive as other systems and needs a bit more help in reporting metrics What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recruitment is quicker. With templates and creating schedules, Lever makes it easier to manage the process

Excellent Application Tracking System with great implementation and support

What do you like best? It's easy to use, fast and makes the whole recruitment process very transparent. It enables team members to work closely together. What do you like best? I appreciate that it can be linked to my email account making the transition much more smooth. I also like that everything is handled all in one place so no searching through emails and multiple different sites. What do you dislike? It's a little confusing with scheduling as it creates 2 separate calendar invites. It would be nice to be able to have it show only one.
