Gabriela is a ROCKSTAR
Gabriela is a ROCKSTAR! She handled my case quickly and with maximum efficiency! Refunded my subscription because I wasn't using it anymore and let me know that I could come back within 6 months and get all my credits back (I did not know this before) so this is the perfect incentive for me to continue to find a use for the software in the future. Best customer experience! I wish every company could hire a Gabriela :)

Gabriella is my hero
Gabriella is my hero! And I see that I am not the only one - which doesn't surprise me. She went the extra mile to help me with an unusual question. (I will be bringing Let's Enhance into my classroom at the University of Utah.) She made me feel like I was working with a friend :) I wish there was more I could do to say thank you - so nice to work with a wonderful human who really cares! :)
