What do you like best? This CRM is less complicated and easy to work with, than any other CRM that I had reviewed. What do you like best? The thing I like the most about Less Annoying CRM is their outstanding and timely customer service. Obviously I like the CRM features or I wouldn't be using it in the first place. But, to me, the difference in good and outstanding always comes down to responsiveness in the customer service department. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Their help desk is the best! I can either have someone on the phone or they can reach out to me within minutes. I'm the kind of person who wants to know everything at that moment. They're simply amazing. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Some small bugs I'v encountered. Setting it up was a cinch plus it's user-friendly.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love its simplicity. I can be comfortable in using it in under a few hours. Being an admin, I find the entire process to be simple. Actions are very intuitive and takes only a couple or so steps. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Initially, I wasn't too thrilled. It didn't offer an Outlook intergration. Nice tools to work with.

What do you like best? I have a place to store anything I need to know about our contacts list. Also, I can see all of the notes, tasks, files and pipeline info connected to a contact.
