Low barriers to adoption mean immediate productivity at low risk

What do you like best? Intuitive design means little to no learning curve. And it is inherently useful, easily becoming part of the process instead of an additional task. What do you dislike? Nothing we dislike, but looking forward to custom field enhancements and would like to be able to control display of some default fields and see tighter Outlook integration, but for off-the-shelf software these are exceedingly minor issues that in no way hamper productivity. What do you like best? The best part of LACRM is how easy it was to get started and use. What do you dislike? I dislike how records have to be assigned to users. It's Just Easy

What do you like best? We were up and running within minutes without issue. Customer service was and still is prompt in resolving any issues or questions. It's also easy to import and export our data out, so we don't feel like we are committed to using this forever if we outgrow it. What do you dislike?
