What do you like best? Email reminders & shared calendar, BCC email. ease of importing contacts Search feature is excellent. ease of accessing Lacrm from a mobile device- good layout. What do you like best? The thing that sold me on the product initially was the online training videos that explained pretty much everything that I wanted to know about how to get started, how to track leads and prospects etc. When I finally decided to sign on, I felt I was already well trained on how to get things up and running. What do you like best? I've used other CRM programs and this one is so user friendly, intuitive and is constantly being updated according to the needs of their users. Best CRM I Have Ever Used!

What do you like best? I have used several CRMs in my career. Less Annoying CRM is by far the best. It is simple to use yet it has so many features. Aside from this, you can't beat the price! Highly recommended!!! What do you dislike? I can honestly say that there is nothing I dislike about this CRM. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The e-mail feature is great where each e-mail is placed in my clients CRM folder.
