Easy to implement, simple to use, makes our business work efficiently.
What do you like best? The ease of use is by far the number one thing for us. We can custom design it to provide us exactly what we need without having to have an "expert" on staff to make it happen. What do you dislike? The only I dislike is that we did not know about Less Annoying CRM when we first started our new business. Couldn't be happier with the product and service!
What do you like best? The best feature is overall ease of use and clean design. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about maintaining and using this program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our business is two people working on different sides of the country and this system is imperative to helping us track clients and tasks. The pipelines are easily customized and have assisted greatly when tracking issues or prospects.

What do you like best? So simple to use, including the fact that there's nothing to do locally since it's cloud-based. My last contact manager was powerful, full-blown ... and a support nightmare. What do you like best? Easy adoption by the field and gives management tools for coaching and insight into the market and the sales rep's performance. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Been with LACRM 6 years and am not going any where else: Consistently great, personalized service! from reps that care about people.
