Great product at an affordable price

What do you like best? Ease of setup and use. Great customer support - better than every other software product I use. The simplicity of LACRM - many CRM tools has far more features than most users will very need which makes products more expensive and more difficult to use. What do you dislike? Absolutely the best CRM for my needs for 6 years now.

What do you like best? With LACRM I have a CRM that's User Friendly, with Great Customer Support and that's as Simple or as Sophisticated as I want it to be. It woks!!!

What do you like best? the ease of finding my customer notes and the reporting format. Also very good tech support . What do you dislike? There is really nothing I dislike about the program What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of what is said during customer calls. I make 10 to 15 calls per day. It is important to know what I said in the past call.

What do you like best? Less Annoying CRM does everything I need it to do keep track of all of my customers and prospects with no hidden add-on fees. Using for over a year ... will use it for more!

What do you like best? The ease of modifying categories for notating specific parameters on my client contacts (e.g., medical specialty, lead source, etc.. The fact that I get email notification of upcoming events/tasks is a nice tool to have so I do not have to put the information in an external calendar. What do you dislike? I have been a satisfied customer since December 2016.

What do you like best? I like that I can have as many Pipelines as I want and there is no limit. I also like that someone from Less Annoying is always eager to assist and resolve any issue that you bring to their attention. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I dislike at this time. Amazing CRM

What do you like best? the way it captures the email addresses of everyone i email. I now have 2000 emails to keep updated due to lacrm What do you dislike? i wish it did recurring events.
