BAD CLIENT SERVICE
I am so frustrated with their service. I bought a year’s subscription on the 28th of February (last day of the month) and since the month has 28 days, the renewal of the tokens happens every 28 days. (I told them this on the very same day of the purchase, already showing that I had 28 days left, not 30) They insist that it is correct, using the time difference as a reason. Customer service purposefully didn't cancel my account for an annual subscription renewal that was pending and not going through cus I didn't have enough money on my card, which was a good thing cus I didn't want to renew, I wanted it canceled so I emailed their support to tell them to cancel and the pending charge. They delete your money/Tokens
Guys, They deleted the remaining 6,000 tokens from the month I paid for. How can there be such logic? Then, if you buy 25.000 tokens and use only 500, they will be deleted again the next month. That's a very bad strategy. I hope you fix this problem.

WARNING: Leonardo AI Customer Service is a Nightmare! SCAM
Don't be fooled by their fancy website! My experience with Leonardo AI's customer service was a complete SCAM. I submitted a request for help, got a generic response promising a solution in 24-48 hours, and then... radio silence. I followed up multiple times, but they never gave me a real answer, let alone fix my problem. The worst part? I was a paying subscriber! Either this AI is messing with my head, on which case it is a truly evil genius of a device or the human race has bugger all to fear from AI, after about 400-500 attempts to create artwork, it's lack of understanding the written word is astounding.its like trying to teach a toddler on speed bloody useless.

Freemium good so far…
I cannot comment on the paid service so am losing 1 star for this. For everything else on the free service I am quite content with. Photoreal is amazing but I'm still learning the ropes. Freemium model is generous although V2 models cost more so tokens go down fast. I would consider taking up the pro subscription but would exercise caution and refer to the reviews below. Happy so far!

Fishy activity
I asked for an invoice because I need one to keep my accounting. They provided me with a link to download the payment ticket, which is by no means an invoice! Moreover, the document don't show the company's information, which are mandatory on invoices. So I assume there is a reason for them not providing authentic invoices...
