Don't use it, don't let anyone trust Leonardo, they block the account and cut off all communications so as not to respond. They don't respond to the ticket, they don't respond to emails to support, they don't respond on Twitter(X) and they ban you from Discord, this is how the team of Leonardo, Denis Balitskiy, Roberto, MSchiffer, Fraplashy, Ayumi works... all under the command of the CEO and founder JJ Fiasson. Be careful if you make a model with personal photos of yourself or family ...

STAY AWAY FROM THEM BY ALL MEANS!!!

Guys, I never used Trustpilot before and i don't usually do reviews, but this time i feel like i had to. BY ALL MEANS STAY AWAY FROM THESES PEOPLE. DONT EVER THINK OF SUBSCRIPING OR ELSE THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. Not only their service sucks you get low quality image generations even when you're on membership and using all the right prompts. Try contacting them ?? Yeah good luck with that!!

No Customer Support Whatsoever

This program can make beautiful designs BUT there is zero customer support. Doesn't matter how much you pay per month, no one will answer your questions through their little chat thingy. They usually ignore you. If they respond it's not with helpful information and they mark your question "resolved." Add to that there are no detailed instructions on how to get things to work, like the "unzoom" feature. It appears to do nothing. This makes using the program extremely difficult.

I didn‘t have any problem with content moderation. The generated images are of high quality once you start iterating different prompts and descriptions

Content Moderation Change Makes it Unusable

Well, it started OK, but then they changed the content moderation policy, even with a subscription. You can still see NSFW for work images, but even mundane prompts like "riding a horse," "steamy jungle," "sexy pose," "sun shining through flowing transparent white drapes," and the correction to "sun cast through sheer white drapes," and "hot and sweaty day," get blocked for content moderation. Even "Re-Imagined photo realistic image of Trump as Aphrodite in the painting 'Birth of Venus,'" ...

They have changed the app

They have changed the app. Now every image I create is blanked out with a click function to view it. The message says it is NSFW (Not suitable for work). An old man smoking a pipe is NSFW ??????? WHY???? They have made changes to the app to the point its becoming unusable

No customer support

No customer support, removed ability to create NSFW content (which should have been used for an application I am working on) the day after buying a subscription. Also, they still have the option to turn on/off NSFW, but this literally does nothing now. Probably better off using something like getimg.ai

Frustrating and disappointing

Registered with Leonardo yesterday. After browsing through free option, I tried upgrading to first paid level. Money deducted from my bank account but I still remain at "free" level after login! Customer contact info virtually non-existent. Image quality is very good but image relevance to image "prompt" is very disappointing. Very disappointed. Not interested anymore.

That is true the quality of the generated pictures in this app is great, but in my experience the app's understanding of given prompts in some situations isn't match with your desired idea and sometimes is far from what you asked for, also provided tools and options to manipulate generated pictures aren't efficient in some cases, mostly when you’re going to generate inorganic objects ( to be honest this is a common weakness of the most Ai image generator) like specific model of objects, ...

My experience with leonardo.ai

Vey good pictures but expensive. I think you should reduce the cost of generating pictures.
