The Apprentice plan monthly with 8,500 tokens lasted 5 days for me, it feels like a scam.

This app STINKS big time. It's the dumbest AI that I have come across. It doesn't understand prompts like other free apps and you use up your coins on stupid results. NO, I will never upgrade, this is a WORTHLESS app and I would advise if you're new to AI (I'm not new) to check out other AI apps before paying for THIS one. The hype on YouTube is lies😡

BAD CLIENT SERVICE

I am so frustrated with their service. I bought a year’s subscription on the 28th of February (last day of the month) and since the month has 28 days, the renewal of the tokens happens every 28 days. (I told them this on the very same day of the purchase, already showing that I had 28 days left, not 30) They insist that it is correct, using the time difference as a reason. Customer service purposefully didn't cancel my account for an annual subscription renewal that was pending and not going through cus I didn't have enough money on my card, which was a good thing cus I didn't want to renew, I wanted it canceled so I emailed their support to tell them to cancel and the pending charge. They delete your money/Tokens

Guys, They deleted the remaining 6,000 tokens from the month I paid for. How can there be such logic? Then, if you buy 25.000 tokens and use only 500, they will be deleted again the next month. That's a very bad strategy. I hope you fix this problem.

I submitted a request for help, got a generic response promising a solution in 24-48 hours, and then... radio silence.
