The customer service agent was good & I hope they take my advice to help Leonardo AI Advice I gave: 1st: Delete image option needs to be returned to Free users because Web site can Lag out for the user if the number of images they have generated gets high enough. Which I have seen first hand. Solution: They need to make it so when a free user deletes image it will go into a trash folder where it will be out of the way and will eventually be deleted but will put paying customers content ...

For my music production (bedroom producer) i needed AI art for album covers and artwork. So i contacted and got very fast help and guidance, and so far i am very pleased with the software and how powerful it is. I can highly recommend this !

They take away the credits that you have already paid

I paid a subscription for 1 month, I didn't use anything for free, they gave me the credits for that month which I didn't use even half of them. After this, it renewed automatically, which I didn't agree with and I asked for a refund and they canceled my subscription and They took away the credits that I had already paid the previous month, which if I paid that month and did not use the credits because they took them away from me, they should leave the credits until they run out since I ...

LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. I have used many and Leonardo.Ai is by far superior and an important factor is the support you receive. I have recently contacted them and spoke to a great guy called Jefren who really worked hard to fix my problems, only to discover it was my fault and not theirs. I cannot recommend this app any more highly. Try it, you will see....
