I submitted all documents required…
I submitted all documents required which are many with both my personal and company information. I was told that the application was submitted by Lendio and I should hear from the bank in a day or two with either a call or an email. I never heard from the bank. Then I called and email Lendio several times to ask for help. NO RESPONSES. I need this loan information to move forward with my commercial property purchase. Tony was so helpful with ZERO pressure. It is so upsetting to have a lender press for answers and decisions during the process, but Tony did NONE of that.

Bad experience
The Lendio representative explained the loan numbers to me over the phone and according to him he was going to guide me to have the portal already set up and knowing that I told him I needed to wait to think about the decision, I still received the funds the next day. I had to call the financial institution to cancel everything.
