Relatively efficient - VERY antiquated

What do you like best? This system is pretty user-friendly and the UI is pretty intuitive. It's great for smaller mortgage companies. What do you dislike? Since the system is pretty antiquated (in that there's quite a few functions that the program does NOT do) - it's really only optimal for smaller mortgage companies. Web-Based LOS That's a Work in Progress

What do you like best? Browser-based software that is accessible from any computer. Multiple users are able to work on a file simultaneously. The fee audit, borrower-responsible fees, and changed circumstance screens are all helpful in reviewing disclosures and fees for compliance. What do you dislike?
