Good software

What do you like best? The overall experience is very good, aside from the issues using it sometimes. It gets the job done! What do you dislike? nothing. so far its a good software. aside from the normal issues (system down etc). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mortgage banking. We use it for processing loans etc.

What do you like best? It has everything in one place. no need to be redirected to other pages... it has been a very good experience all the way from implementation until now. What do you like best? I like the stored docs best. I love how more than one person can be in the same file and make changes. I found the individual screens very productive. Drawing docs was easy. Highly customizable and user friendly lending software

What do you like best? The LendingQB interface is highly customizable, allowing organizations to build to their specific needs. I also appreciate that you can select favorites of the tabs you visit most frequently as this helps cut down time searching for the right section. What do you dislike? Antiquated, but efficient.

What do you like best? It's a more primitive system, so it's pretty easy to navigate and utilize for mortgages. What do you dislike? It's almost too antiquated. It's slower than other systems and doesn't integrate as much information and outside products (FHA, VA, appraisal, titles, etc) into the system itself. Great for what we use it for, except for their developers API

What do you like best? I like how they have web services that we, as developers, have access to. They make it quite easy to Authenticate and then create a lead/loan within only a few calls. We've benefited by being able to use their Web Services to integrate into our company's custom internal software. Mortgage closer

What do you like best? Easy to use. Data is updated throughout the loan. It flows well starting with the loan officer all the way until the closing package is sent What do you dislike? Some data does not pull correctly onto our documents. We use ids for our doc system and they do not always map correctly from one to the other.
