"Chat help is great"
What do you like best about LendingPad? I like the way it is laid out and the colors make it more interesting to use. The chat service is great when Michael McCormick is there to help. What do you dislike about LendingPad? It is slow to load and I do not like the new search procedure. What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? We are a fairly new mortgage broker and use it for processing. I use it for call reports to the NMLS.

"Software is only as good as its support team and LendingPad has the best Support."
What do you like best about LendingPad? Ease of use and clean layout. Those stand out, but once you become a customer, the support staff will blow you away with their quick response time. What do you dislike about LendingPad? All issues that have been encountered are quickly resolved with a few explanations from the support chat staff. Effortless to navigate, borrowers that received an application link and secured uploaded love it as well; very easy to understand saves originators a lot of time. "The most user friendly system I've used in 21 years"
What do you like best about LendingPad? I like that it has all the features needed for this industry and if used properly you will always be in compliance. What do you dislike about LendingPad? At this time I don't have any dislikes about Lending Pad. What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits are phenomenal, I can pull credit, send emails, move milestone etc without leaving the file and going into another site or internet site.

What do you like best about LendingPad? Love how fast I get a response for my questions. It speeds up the preapproval process because then I am able to run DU What do you dislike about LendingPad? Nothing! the system itself has easy navigation :) What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? You have to make sure the second borrower is cosigner? or borrower? -in order to pull credit correctly. If not, then your credit report does not come over right.
