"LendingPad is the best!"

What do you like best about LendingPad? I love that LendingPad is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about LendingPad? When tasks are assigned & emailed, having the client name on the task as opposed to just the file #, would be helpful. What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? Our team can easily look at a file in LendingPad and see what's been going on with it easily & quickly via dates, notes, tasks, & docs uploaded.

"Easy to learn, user friendly platform"

What do you like best about LendingPad? Quick and easy lead or loan entry, disclosures packages, single page overview. What do you dislike about LendingPad? Sometimes unable to locate files by name search, leaves room for duplicate entries. What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? Document storage issues, proper Loan Estimates and CDs.

What do you like best about LendingPad? I would say that having the ability to chat with support when you need help, right on the platform is fantastic. What do you dislike about LendingPad? As far as I know, we are not able to pull in title fees from a 3rd party source which would be incredibly helpful What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? "User friendly interface"

What do you like best about LendingPad? The program is very user-friendly for both the borrower as well as the loan officer. Exporting the file into the lender portals is extremely easy and efficient. What do you dislike about LendingPad? It would be nice if there was an easier way to enter in dpa grants that would be accepted by aus as funds towards closing costs. What do you like best about LendingPad? Easy flow through the 1003 and integration with Floify is excellent. What do you dislike about LendingPad? Sometimes the Export of the 3.4 file does not match up with Wholesale lender portals when uploaded, so some extra keystrokes are required once the file is uploaded. This may be more of an issue on the Wholesalers side, but LendingPad should partner with the top Wholesalers such as UWM, Homepoint & Flagstar to have the 3.4 Upload be as accurate as ...

"Great Web Based LOS!"

What do you like best about LendingPad? Lendingpad is an amazing web-based LOS. Everything is so intuitive and the user experience is great (the tools/actions/buttons are right where you'd expect them to be!). It's also web based (very rare in the loan origination space). "Broker -- Big upgrade over prior LOS"

What do you like best about LendingPad? We have found that the ability to integrate with other systems, POS/CRM, to be incredible - my favorite feature as a trainer and on my team, is that user can jointly work on a file -- Our prior system only permitted Read-Only access when another team member is in file. "Lending Pad makes mortgage origination easy!"

What do you like best about LendingPad? The tabs are intuitive across the top and make it easy to just click along in order to fill out a client application. I use our credit system within LP. I also use our CRM and LP talks to it seamlessly. Being able to order items from the title company within the Actions button and pull up any form I need makes my job easy. "Easy to use & constantly making improvements to make better"

What do you like best about LendingPad? the system is easy to use. once i got used to the flow of the system; i am able to get applications scrubbed down in 10-15 minutes. Anytime i need help, the support team responds quick through the chat feature. What do you dislike about LendingPad? Some of the features take a little getting used to in order to move through files efficiently. I don't like there are 2 Action buttons, that have completely different functions.
