"Chat Support RAWKS"
What do you like best about LendingPad? The fact that Chat Support is in real-time and is always there to lend a hand. What do you dislike about LendingPad? I don't have any dislikes. I don't have any say in what software we use. What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? I am old school and have used Calyx for 20 years, so I haven't found anything or realized any benefits yet. LOL

"Great Partner to Floify for Loan Flows"
What do you like best about LendingPad? Love that it is easy to run credit and AUS findings. Easy to complete a client's application as full as possible and export the complete Fannie Mae file to import to the lender. Like that you can add custom fees and program it according to different category types, such as specific fees for refi loans in California or specific fees for Purchase loans only. What do you like best about LendingPad? LendingPad is very easy to use, the integration with third party is so helpful. What do you dislike about LendingPad? It loses connection sometime, hope it had option to autosave. What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? Very user friendly, easy to learn.

What do you like best about LendingPad? It is hands down the easiest LOS I have ever worked on in my 25 years in the mortgage industry What do you dislike about LendingPad? Not much to dislike, the only suggestion I would have is to maybe integrate with a CRM system for Mortgage Call Centers What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? In a Mortgage Call Center, speed is everything. With LendingPad my Loan Officers productivity and efficiency has increased.

What do you like best about LendingPad? Integrates with most other apps and is constantly being upgraded. What do you dislike about LendingPad? Different than Encompass and takes a while to master What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? Security, marketing and a single source to perform processing tasks. Makes it easier to process your own loans and able to see webpage while customer is filling out.
