What do you like best about LendingPad? The setup is super simple and the per seat cost is very good for the product that you get. Navigation is great and the LendingPad team is always making great improvements to the platform and it's flexibility. What do you dislike about LendingPad? I would say the limited customization with the business rules, but recent updates have eliminated that negative. My only other dislike is not being able to remove unused "actions" from the list. What do you like best about LendingPad? Support is top-notch, available, fast, and capable. The fact the software is web-based is a huge plus as well. What do you dislike about LendingPad? SLOW and no copy function or function to add a co-borrower or additional borrower via 3.4 downloads. What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about LendingPad? You can go back and forth and change and add & play with it till you're comfortable and all is where you want it to be. Others have this feature which is a great asset. However, there's nothing really special other than that they have a lot of features- but if you don't need or use them -it's fine. What do you like best about LendingPad? He was able to answer all my concerns and assist me, especially in defining loan programs that our company expects from LendingPad's support. He set up the loan programs in our LOS for us. He was very polite, patient and accommodating. What do you dislike about LendingPad? What do you like best about LendingPad? What I like most about Lending Pad is that it is very user friendly and easy to use. the fields are color-coded, giving you a very clear way of working. What do you like best about LendingPad? I love how easy it is to use, and it does not have any qorks when it comes to calculating the numbers that I have seen. What do you dislike about LendingPad? I honestly have not found anything I dislike about it, I find it to be one of the easiest systems I have ever worked it. What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?
