What do you like best about Legion WFM? Our staff very much enjoys the shift swap and offer shift functions where they no longer need to have a call list/call coworkers to find coverage for their shifts. What do you like best about Legion WFM? I really enjoy how easy it is to comple a schedule. I love the access on the iphone for employees to swap, shift shifts, and request off. I also like how Legion takes input and makes adjustments. What do you dislike about Legion WFM? Requests for off can be difficult to look up if you are trying to look at everyone's at the same time for a schedule. I way to toggle through each employee would be great. What do you like best about Legion WFM? I like that it's a simple app that literally anyone can learn to use. It's nice to have all of your schedules and time off requests in one place. What do you like best about Legion WFM? Quick and responsive customer service. Any time there was an error, my issue was resolved within a day or two. This company listens to their customers and often makes changes to evolve and improve their user experience. What do you dislike about Legion WFM? What do you like best about Legion WFM? I love Legion’s user interface on the iPhone and usability for when I need to do administrative stuff on the fly.
