"Super easy to use on a weekly basis"

What do you like best about Legion WFM? Legion is amazing on both computer and phone. Super easy to navigate, staff have never had an issue reading their schedules. Requesting time off is easy, color coded as well which is my favorite part. What do you dislike about Legion WFM? I can't really say at this moment what I don't like considering everything has been great. I've been using legion for some time now for work and have never had an issue. What do you like best about Legion WFM? It's very easy to navigate and it is honestly the simplest program for our schedules. What do you dislike about Legion WFM? It can be complicated at times. It did not allow us to use certain features because the app was down What problems is Legion WFM solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helping us out with making scheduling easier and having people follow our schedule.

What do you like best about Legion WFM? I love how easy it is to view my schedule through the app. What do you dislike about Legion WFM? No downsides of legion so far. I am able to access my work schedule a week in advance so I can plan my life accordingly. What problems is Legion WFM solving and how is that benefiting you? Legion allows me to be able to view my schedule a week in advance.

What do you like best about Legion WFM? The most helpful thing about this app is that I can check my schedule. What do you dislike about Legion WFM? The downside of the app is that sometimes it freezes up or it will not let you edit. What problems is Legion WFM solving and how is that benefiting you? I couldn't get into the app because I didn't know I was going to be terminated from my job and I couldnt check my schedule.

What do you like best about Legion WFM? the agent was very helpful with the issues I was having. Very knowledgable about the products. What do you dislike about Legion WFM? nothing in particular. I would like the option to block certain communications from others including the manager What problems is Legion WFM solving and how is that benefiting you? When i got locked out my account, direct contact with the help desk was a bonus.

The customer service team responds quickly and provides friendly service. What do you dislike about Legion WFM? I have no complaints about this service. I think it's really good to have and hope more people will use this. What problems is Legion WFM solving and how is that benefiting you? Could not login because I was not using the right password.

It seems to constantly being crashing and some employees struggle with it. What problems is Legion WFM solving and how is that benefiting you? The clock in and clock out feature is seem less.
