Their site says they will refund you on a case by case basis which means they decide? I canceled my FREE trial immediately following signing up and was billed for 2 months. Bought a dollar pass to compress a file with the 7 day limited access package. A week later I noticed they charged a dollar and also $38. I did not sign up for a subscription. They stole 40 dollars from my account. I deactivated the account, and asked for a refund, but they claimed they couldn’t because my account was deactivated which is utter bull. This website will steal from you. Don’t use it.
