Very easy to use, a lot of helpful tools.

What do you like best? The presentations to the user, it gives a very good overview. What do you dislike? The log on procedure has been a little bit confusing for new users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ledgy has replaced the Excel-file and by that decreased the possibility to make errors.

What do you like best? Using Ledgy has clarified our captable, ESOP pool (including all of the tedious cliffs, vestings, and contracts) workflow.
