Very easy to use, a lot of helpful tools.

What do you like best? The presentations to the user, it gives a very good overview. What do you dislike? The log on procedure has been a little bit confusing for new users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ledgy has replaced the Excel-file and by that decreased the possibility to make errors.

Ledgy is easy to navigate and user-friendly. Strongly recommended!

What do you like best? Using Ledgy has clarified our captable, ESOP pool (including all of the tedious cliffs, vestings, and contracts) workflow. What do you like best? Totally paperless handling of employee stock ownership plans [ESOP]. What do you dislike? Nothing so far, from onboarding experience to product outstanding! Recommendations to others considering the product: Saves time and money: Go for it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Stakeholder management, especially regarding ESOP.

It is a great help to reduce the equity management effort

Great Platform - no more manual tracking

What do you like best? I like that everything is very simple and it helps to keep our plans structured and organised. They are continually improving the platform and adding more features that supports us even more. I also have a good support from the Ledgy team whenever I have questions or need more information. What do you like best? I like the simple ownership overview which tells you everything about share classes, legal reportings, etc. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of use and the blazing fast onboarding. Ledgy covers more than what we'd need, but one thing we most appreciate is the native HR integration and the digital signatures. What do you like best? Ledgy replaces the Excel sheets and helps you understanding how all the equity stuff works. What do you dislike? It would be nice to have more automation in contract creation.
