What do you like best about LeaseHawk? How easy it is to use and great way to follow up What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The ability to capture the calls and emails and the storage of the contacts What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? When you have old prospects, you have to manually appoint them as Other to get them out the Prospect bucket. Its very time consuming and there should be a way to choose multiple contacts at once to move. "Lease hawk has great benefits but does have a few issues."

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like that you can see what everyone has talked bout with prospects. This helps everyone stay on top of conversations that have been made in the past. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I do not like how you can't move all prospects from one bucket to another, you have to do each one individually. "Pretty good call tracking software with some limitations"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Canned reports are useful. Easy to export into Excel for further analysis. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Limitation on being able to self assign numbers. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? We use LeaseHawk to help us with campaign attribution. Very useful in this regard.

"This system is more work than help"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? That I can keep track of Prospects and they are added directly to One Site. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? EVERYTHING else. This program cannot properly transcribe a phone call. It is gibberish every time. When listening to calls, I have to go through the entire recorded message before hearing the actual messages from callers.
