What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like the fact that it touches all of the informative important information the prospects commonly ask. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I don't like the fact we shouldn't discuss the exact dollar amount even if we inform the prospect that the prices can change on a daily basis. "Very user friendly and helps keep all my guest card info together and in one place."

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Customer service is quick and helpful. Able to use from my phone so I can contact residents from there and not my personal number. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? The system is slow to pull up the information. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? lost paperwork is no longer an issue. It imports the info into the system for me so I don't have to do double the work in Onesite.

"CRM Love"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I love LeaseHawk's CRM application. It is user friendly and helps keep all your contacts and communications in one spot. It is also great that it links with my OneSite so I don't have to worry about guest cards. I enjoy being able to see how many calls I've received. It makes me feel a bit better about how much I got done that day. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I hate how there is no "mass" select with CRM. It makes it difficult to get caught up ...

"Helpful and Necessary for Property Management"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Texting feature helps categorize and reach out to residents/prospects/leads/vendors and more! What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? How slow the app is at times. This could be due to the computer maybe? I restart the app several times a day when it freezes. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Benefits are texting is the new communication in the busy seasons.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like like looking at my performance on the calls. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? There is nothing I dislike. I do not see any downsides of LeaseHawk. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been solving my telephone performance calls.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? You have the ability to review calls and use as a training tool. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Sometimes the scorers miss points, but are always willing to work with us if we send in a support ticket. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Our teams are asking better questions upfront from our prospects and it is helping to bring in qualified traffic.

"Not so bad, but it's a bit buggy..."

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like that I can log in and listen to my calls. I have it set that to send my scores to me each week, but it has not been scoring my calls, so I now have to go in manually listen to my calls to make sure that they are being scored correctly. If they aren't then I just send over the call evaluation report to my coworker who is working with LH to get this fixed. Listening to my calls also helps me to improve my grade as well. What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like the fact LeaseHawk is easy to navigate! What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? The noise it makes when it goes off. It is kind of loud and obnoxious, but it does make it fun and festive, in a cute way. :) What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? I have learned to navigate it well. It does help with the leads. I enjoy it.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The wat the tool is set up, very simple and easy to use What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Keeping in contact with severals leads made by different representatives in our community so we dont miss out

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like being able to pull reporting quick and easy from the Leashawk site. I log in and all the information I could need is at my fingertips. This allows me to review scored calls, and submit disputes to have increased score. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I dislike the response time with disputes.
