What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Leasehawk helps us to organize our calls so that we can analyze our traffic sources/ what is working best for our needs What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Can be misleading about different lead types- new prospect/ return prospects- descriptions are not always the most accurate. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Leasehawk allows us to all be on the same page and track our calls/where our traffic comes from

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? LeaseHawk is easy to navigate. We have leased apartments to good canidates. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Lease hawk should have follow up prompts to follow up with the prospect like a day, week, month, etc. To set an appointment is confusing and not helpful. What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Leasehawk allows us to record our customer service representatives. We can play back the calls and listen to them for feedback, whether negative or positive. It helps out company understand what we are doing right or wrong and what we need to work on when talking with customers. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? "Simple to Use"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I have worked in student housing for the past two years and have used leasehawk for the full duration. I like how contacts can automatically populate not only to onesite but also in the contacts own leasehawk profile. Their number, name, and contact info will all be there ready to be saved. "Love this software!"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I love that it keeps track of all of your phone calls and you are able to organize them however you would like! What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I hate the noise it makes when it opens and every single time you get a new message! What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? It is very beneficial for keeping track of the prospects I have and the issues we receive from residents by phone call.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I love that it keeps track of all of your phone calls and you are able to organize them however you would like! What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? "Helpful but the grading isn't alway accurate"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like being able to listen to my calls to make sure I am offering the best customer service and being able to see my ranking What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I don't like how sometimes calls are graded incorrectly. The grades vary depending on who is doing the grading and some are graded more harshly than others so there is inconsistency.
