What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like the ability to text back and forth with customers/residents. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Our LeaseHawk is extremely slow. "Leasehawk has been very useful for our prospects here in our office. We can track each calls"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like how we can instantly log info in during calls. The fact that our company has access to all calls are important to the team as a CSR. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Leasehawk does not have a missed call section. So even when the call is missed, it is logged and brings our numbers up when it was not even a full call! What do you like best about LeaseHawk? After starting to understand the reason for lease hawk it became much easier for me to use. The battle, in the beginning, is because I didn't know, the value it carries. Lease hawk is a great tool to place information of importance for future present or maybe's. What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Lease Hawk helps to assist on where we need to have additional training. It analyzes our phone calls and scores us based on how well we are doing. "Amazing tool for communication and awesome to have a downloadable app to use on your personal phone"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The texting tool is the most useful! It makes it very easy to communicate with prospects and residents. Not a lot of people like talking to the phone but will text you back instead and that is wonderful! What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Making sure all point persons are selected to ensure you are seeing all leads coming in and making sure you are answering in a timing manner.
