"Great feature"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? All of the calls and e-mail come through one location What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I don't like that you have to use a headset to call out through LeaseHawk. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? It's great to have all our calls/e-mails in one place so we can quickly follow-up with people.

"Useful but could be better"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like being able to text residents and prospects. In today's world people are more receptive to text than phone calls or even email. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Scoring isn't consistent. Several errors have needed to be corrected. It takes away time we could be use elsewhere to listen to calls and double check scores. "Same number multiple times"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The fact that I can go back to the list of calls. Specially the ones I miss. I have the opportunity to call them back. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I one thing I really do not like is that when I add somebody to the list. If the person I have already added calls, it poops up twice (the one with the information I entered and another one just with the number) This means I have to clear the app twice making me spend time that I could be using to ...

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like that leasehawk gives you the ability to play other's recorded calls so you can use their methods as a learning tool. I also like that it gives you the option to see a written scorecard, so you can see exactly what questions you may have forgotten to ask. I also like the ability to contest scored calls. When used correctly, LeaseHawk can make the application process go smoothly, because it makes the caller aware of the criteria that needs to be ...

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The website is easy to navigate. It could be a good tool with Leasehawk staff training What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I do not like how subjective the scoring is. We have had to dispute several calls to get correct scoring. Would like to have longer calls scored versus only short calls. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure all of the information is given to prospects.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? pulling the monthly scores and reviewing property/employee performance. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Call scores seem consistently lower than they should be. Recommendations to others considering LeaseHawk: It is a valuable service and an ideal training tool What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? We are reviewing calls as a staff and having an open forum for discussing improvement.

"Slow moving and not very user friendly"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The texting and email templates that auto populate the prospects info What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? LeaseHawk always seems to run way to slow when going from page to page. It is also not very user friendly...for example, too many clicks to try and deactivate someone out of the system. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? We are definitely able to reach out to prospects more.
