What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Being able to hear the conversations for training purposes. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Sometimes its slow to navigate through the calls. Recommendations to others considering LeaseHawk: N/A What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Listening to mine and other calls as to do and not do for customer service.

"Helpful Training"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Being able to listen to calls is very helpful to hear how you and your team are handling customer service in general. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? The frequency of contested and then revised scores as it suggests the calls may not be fully listened to when scored the first time. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? How to better handle prospect calls and general customer service.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? All my customer information is in one spot, and it is great having the notifications pop up as reminders when customers are contacting us. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? the CRM gets bogged down a lot when several users are on the CRM What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Adding more templates for different scenarios, using attachments

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The system lets me know better of what I am doing well and what I need improvement on on phone calls with prospects. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? "Great feature"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? All of the calls and e-mail come through one location What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I don't like that you have to use a headset to call out through LeaseHawk. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? It's great to have all our calls/e-mails in one place so we can quickly follow-up with people.

"I really like LeaseHawk it has some great features, it can move very slowly though."

"Very helpful sales/support staff."

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? We have used Leasehawk for our properties' CRM software and it has been very helpful with improving our lead to lease conversions. Joseph Anderson has been especially helpful. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? no way to have automatic responses, appfolio doesnt integrate What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? improve communication with leads - producing higher quality leads for our leasing agents.
