What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Detailed information and website is easy to navigate. I love that I am able to go back and view information for years ago. Again very easy to use the website and navigate from different pages. Love that there are classes offered to better your knowledge on how to work the site. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? "LeaseHawk Does work!"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? We use LeaseHawk and we do find it helpful to measure our leasing Consultant's performance with prospect calls. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? We do often have to have calls rescored or rechecked for accuracy. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Using a LeaseHawk score sheet for calls has creating more consistency.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The ease of access that it has with the pre templets to send out in emails. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? There are times where it can be super slow & time out. I would like for a whole profile to be accessible from the Appointment section instead of just the appointment & then looking up the name in the search bar. I feel this would make things faster for us in Leasing since it will also allow us to few past emails & phone calls. What problems ...

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like how you can go back and listen to calls. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Lease hawk is not very user friendly. And doesnt update with the other systems I used. Recommendations to others considering LeaseHawk: Make sure that the software syncs with whatever system you are using because if not it will be a huge pain to try and update lease hawk and your other system . What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I love that all correspondence can be located in one place regardless of where the client is in in the process. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I don’t have any dislikes. As long as you keep up with it daily you will have no issues. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? "Helps Better Telephone Technique"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The ability to hear our phone calls as well as the score which easily helps identify which calls needed more work. It’s also been a good teaching tool for new leasing agents to hear what a good scoring call sounds like. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? The calls sometimes take a while to load but that might have more to do with my computer than leasehawk. The report is also a little tough to read. Font is small. Recommendations to others ...
