"Good lead management"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like being able to listen to calls as well as having the added security of call recordning in case its ever needed. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I think the application could be a bit more user friendly. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to listen to my staffs calls to provide coaching and training.

"Easy to use Lead Management"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Leasehawk is extremely simple to use and manage. Takes little time to train new associates how to use. The app is convenient and allows us to thoroughly respond to all leads in the most efficient manner and quickly as to not take up our entire day. The text feature is awesome and I believe prospects really appreciate the convenience of that. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I don't have any dislikes at this time..... What problems is LeaseHawk ...

"Avid user of Leasehawk CRM, CallScore, TPA and ACE"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Support is quick, great employees to work with- You can pick up the phone and call them and they will answer rather than a call center. You are able to visit them in their office, they'll come to you, meet with you teams and webinar. The platform itself is user friendly and lots of training available for anyone on your team. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? There are lots of data and reporting options. Sometimes overwhelming to pull specific data ...

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? It is simple to set up a new campaign and request numbers. The team has gotten fairly quick on the turnaround times for new numbers. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Wish there was a way to input all the information for a new campaign online instead of form sent by a rep. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to track outdoor campaigns.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? LeaseHawk is a great tool for keeping in contact with prospective and current residents. I love that it keeps all my info available for anyone on the team to see. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Sometimes it does take a while to load info/screens, or freezes up. What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like that we are able to monitor our calls & the best part is that we are allowed to see how our different ad sources are paying off. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I cannot think of anything that I dislike at this time What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to make sure my staff is handling our calls appropriately. I am able to listen to the calls in order to see if we need to work on anything differently.
