What do you like best about LeaseHawk? User friendly format. Love to listen to calls. Reporting is great, too! What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Nothing. There is really nothing to dislike! "Great way to track calls and emails"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The ability to search by name or phone number What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I do not like how some fields cannot be left blank What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? We have the ability to track calls and the benefits of the system allow us to see track how many leads are we getting.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? When I have a question about something or need to know how to do something there is always a human to talk to who is knowledgeable and helpful. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Nothing. I think this system is very well developed and easy to use. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Identifying training needs. Training staff who answers the phone.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The feedback that it provides is a very important learning tool. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? The fact that one call isn't going to ever show that you've just talked to them earlier in the day and do not need to repeat all the same informational questions. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? no huge problems. Huge benefit is self reflecting tool and training tool to help with sales

"Its easy to navigate and a great resource for the company"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The appointment scheduler and the contacts system which allows you to text residents What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? The system always seems to be slow and the process to mark things completed could be improved What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Lease hawk helps to manage the amount of traffic and establish point of contact with prospects. It also helps staff to keep in contact with the current residents.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? LeaseHawk is very easy to use. Everything is broken down into many categories and sub-categories. You can book appointments and move someone through the sales funnel process smoothly with no issues. The app works great on mobile devices and is very convenient when on the go and away from your desk. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk?
