"Fresh UI and easy to use"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I like that the UI is easy to navigate and feels very fast. It is also easy on the eyes, I didn't have to use the customer support. I am using this platform very frequently now since we do have to perform peer, self, and manager reviews. "Streamlined, Comprehensive and engaging development platform."

What do you like best about Leapsome? I love the ability to complete a slef assessment and then a manager to complete one and compare them against eachother. It allowed me to share my own insight and self criticisms with my manager and then allows my manager to give thier take on it. Its highly customisable with all my companies own criteria. What do you like best about Leapsome? The various features such as org chart, learning modules, onboarding documents, praise, and goals settings. The platform is also quite easy to use and navigate. I use it almost every day for various things such as praise and goals tracking. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Nothing much at the moment. We do our self reviews. manager reviews and peer reviews in there. Also, we add our quarter and yearly goals and keep track of them in Leapsome.

What do you like best about Leapsome? Its interface is very user-friendly and it's integration to slack works well. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Latency can at times effect the smoothness, for example I have something wrote and then there is a time out. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?
