What do you like best about Leapsome? The platform is a unique way to hit all employee competencies in a simple yet effective way. Turning feedback into production with a critical thinking approach. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Not much to dislike at this point. Still relatively new to the platform. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves the delicate process of employee communication which leads to better production and retention.

What do you like best about Leapsome? The ability to express concerns and issues we are having at store level is pricesless. Leapsome is easy to understand and navigate. It gives me the opportunity to let HR and mangement aware of issues we are having at store level.

I also like how it lists down the main factors needed for review. makes the process easier, faster and inclusive.
