What do you like best about Leapsome? The ease of using their website, it clearly displays the company goals What do you dislike about Leapsome? Could do with a mobible app? It also doesnt allow the best filter options and the ability to have team goals under a person aswell, i.e. a manger owns the team goals. What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome is easy to use and very informative. Everyone can understand the motive of what they are doing very easily. I recommend this to everyone. What do you dislike about Leapsome? There is nothing to dislike here as everything is sorted to the core and can be easily understood. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Leapsome helps the leasdership know the assesment done by the employee so that their performance can be counted.

What do you like best about Leapsome? Ease of use, design, colours, easy to the eye. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I don't know atm. I simply like the tool. It helps the company generate feedback and reviews and it benefits with analysis of the feedback.

What do you like best about Leapsome? It is quite an easy tool to use, most times it is quite self explanatory. The 1:1 feature is a very good way to keep track of discussions, agreements and open actions. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The colour! I would like to see dark mode.
