What do you like best about Leapsome? The entire feedback process is very well structured and avoids all unnecessary efforts. The visualisation helps to get an immediate overview of all relevant feedback metrics. What do you like best about Leapsome? First, it is easy to set different levels of goals: individual, department, or team goals - and then it is even easier to track the progress. What do you like best about Leapsome? We can view both the assessment (line manager and employee) on a single page in the spider chart. What do you dislike about Leapsome?
