What do you like best about Leapsome? I like that it shows you all steps and it's straightforward to follow, and you can be assisted with help at all time. The system is incredible. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Absolutely nothing. I love it. nothing is missing from this product. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Leapsome? The UI is straightforward and guides you in an excellent way through the tasks to be performed. I like the reminders that help me stay on track, and I love that the history is saved so that I can read and remind myself of the feedback I have got throughout the year. What do you like best about Leapsome? Since I have started using Leapsome and integrated it with my calendar I have saved a lot of time and improved the efficiency of meetings. "Fun, practical, useful"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I love the 2 things the most. Connecting the tasks to the calendar invites & giving people recognition publicly. What do you dislike about Leapsome? When the calendar invites change, Leapsom still sends messages at the previous times. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Mainly who is charge of what and how they are coming along in their tasks. We were able to define Performance and want to use it to measure as well.

In the beginning, I didn't find it that user-friendly and had trouble keeping track. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to display and evaluate company goals. You can see the progress at any time for all to see and know what you are working on.

What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome is great at giving a structure to feedback cycles and processes. It makes managers' life way easier in setting cycles up, monitoring performance, and provides a framework employees can quickly adapt to. What do you dislike about Leapsome? There is a need to make processes more and more automatized. Leapsome is already good at this, but further automatization may help reduce the need to remember about setting cycles up on the tool. Shines through ease of use whilst focusing on straightforward assessment and growth. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Since it's simple and functional, it's hard to dislike it. At least from an end-user perspective. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Evaluation and growth made evident in a constructive manner.

I used for my performance review and it is super user friendly with a lot of features that allow me to self assess myself better and share feedback with my manager!
