What do you like best about Leapsome? It helps to understand how my team feeling about their work. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Honestly, leapsome is always great tool for me, therefore I don't have anything to dislike with now. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It helped me to recognize and get my team feedback in easy way since most of won't say it directly. The outcome feedback was what I based my improvement.

"A very Comprehensive and Easy to use Performance Management Platform"
What do you like best about Leapsome? I love that with leapsome, I can set clear goals and easily measure and track my performance every step of the way. For me, that helps a lot with tracking my progress in meeting up with KPIs.
