What do you like best about Leapsome? I like the performace charts and analytics. It is also great to write down your goals. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The UX is not that great, it could be a way simpler. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a great tool for having 6 month reviews in the company I am working in. What do you like best about Leapsome? I have Leapsome open in a tab all the time. For meeting note keeping; giving praise and feedback. Sharing with others. We track all OKRs in the system too. The 1:1s make organizing meeting thoughts from week to week very easy, and with the OKRs visible within that space, meetings can be both efficient and effective. "Leapsome helps me track and manage my personal and team goals in an interactive, centralized space!"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I really like that I can set up my team goals and assign contributors to those goals. I also like that I can also create my own personal goals and track their progress as well as align those to specific company goals and timelines. "Leapsome is great for Goals, Feedback and Learning"

What do you like best about Leapsome? The UI is great, very simple and clean. There's also loads of data analytics available so that you can extract actionable insights. The learning tool is also really handy for new joiner onboarding. What do you dislike about Leapsome? No integration with Asana.
