What do you like best about Leapsome? It is helpful that there are direct answers to the questions and always learn. What I find great are the quiz questions. I find that particularly helpful. What do you like best about Leapsome? a good overview over all topics. You need onlx one Click and see all over what is in the case. What do you like best about Leapsome? My favourite module in Leapsome is reviews. Very user-friendly. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Exit interview should not be anonymous. From my experience, it is good to show understanding and appreciation to leaving person. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Downsized HR administration.

What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsomes helps me to send feedback after coaching session, assigning the action items and receiving feedback from my team members too. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I have not discovered any dislikes so far. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Performance tracking whether managers are changed or not, we have complete view of employee's performance.

What do you like best about Leapsome? Everything is simple and logical. I can easily find the necessary options. Also, I like the way it looks from the visual side ( Colors, gradients, etc... ) What do you dislike about Leapsome? I don't have a bad experience at Leapsome.
