What do you like best about Leapsome? Great insides of your developed skills or where you should develop skills. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The UX could be better. It's not always clear to me where I have to look. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves the problem of having an honest view of how you see yourself and how others in your company see it.

What do you like best about Leapsome? I love the goal setting. It's quite useful especially when setting up Term Goals for myself and my team. Also that it allows business and personal goals. "Leapsome is a great platform for colleague review."

What do you like best about Leapsome? The way it allows to create goals for colleague and share the goals with the team. Very easy to use, integrates well for the team. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Hardly anything. Leapsome should continue with the current feature and functionalities. May be a more eye catching improved UI would be great. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Gives me true reflection for my career management with 360 feedback.

What do you like best about Leapsome? The UI it's very easy to use. The menus are very well-located and very easy to understand. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Nothing that special. Honestly, I didn't find any negative point. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? The employee career evaluation and progression path.

I would say the feedback overlay container is lenghty as you have to scroll down a bit to see content. It also feels a bit squeezed though.
