It is simple to use yet very comprehensive, proving helpful even for the not very tech-savvy marketers as well as for your developers. Customer service is prompt, very professional and helpful. Our PMs are also using variables for product A/B testing to roll out new features, etc. It’s a great cross-team collaboration tool that’s designed to help streamline growth. My favorite part about Leanplum is that it was started as an experimentation platform, so A/B testing is the core unit of work in the platform. It’s a must-have for any serious growth team.
