"Great support and education about the product"

What do you like best about LeanData? Having been assigned the management of our LeanData flow earlier this year, the Support team was instrumental in guiding me on managing our lead process flow and encouraged me to get LeanData Administrator certified, which I did! Now I have a much better understanding how to work with the tool to best utilize it for our company's needs. Support also gets back to me very quickly, even though we are in different time zones!

"Fantastic product to link Lead to Account"

What do you like best about LeanData? LeanData has been instrumental to match a new lead against existing account. This adds great value to us. We've also utilized this feature to assign lead to sales reps based on targeted accounts or ICPs. It has been pleasure work with Vincent, Tyler and Sofia from customer success team.

"Easy to Setup, Easy to manage"

What do you like best about LeanData? routing is fairly straightforward, depending on the use case. our use-case does make it a bit more complicated, but once you understand the basics of the tool, it's not hard to figure out the more complex functionality.

"Customer experience at its best"

What do you like best about LeanData? Features, simplicity and the opportunity to massively control data routing within your CRM. However, no product is complete without an exceptional customer service experience. From the very first onboarding experience to random questions and troubleshooting needs, LeanData team is exceptional. Even when a feature isn't there (just yet), I am in awe of how the team is always willing to look for workarounds.

What do you like best about LeanData? LeanData makes what Saleforce makes so hard. If you're doing account based selling to any degree, and using Salesforce as your CRM, you need LeanData. They are simple, yet robust.
